The Data Controller processes personal data for purposes connected with or instrumental to the performance of personnel search and selection activities. The legal basis is constituted by the necessity for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes and consent is only necessary in the presence of data relating to health, such as membership of protected categories.
The Controller will process the data for a maximum period of twenty-four months, after which it will be destroyed or rendered anonymous.
The provision of data is necessary and therefore any refusal to provide it in whole or in part may make it impossible for the Controller to assess the candidate's profile.
The Controller will not disseminate the data, but intends to communicate them to internal figures authorised to process them on the basis of their respective duties.
Personal data will not be transferred either to non-European third countries or to international organisations.
The data subject has the right to ask the Data Controller to access his/her personal data and to rectify it if it is inaccurate, to delete it or limit its processing if the conditions are met, to object to its processing, and to obtain the portability referred to in Articles 15-20 of European Regulation 679/2016 by sending an e-mail request to info@gedanextage.com
The exercise of the data subject's rights may be delayed, limited or excluded in the cases provided for in Article 2-undecies of Legislative Decree 196/03.
