Dear customers, agents and suppliers,

Please be advised that, as a result of an unforeseen IT problem that occurred on Friday, we are currently unable to use our IT services.

This situation temporarily prevents us from managing orders, providing updates on the progress of projects, preparing documents such as transport documents or invoices, and performing all daily activities related to our management software.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that our team is working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.

We anticipate that this outage should be resolved by tomorrow. As soon as the IT outage is resolved, our operators will be immediately at work to recover the handling of past orders and documents as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issue and we kindly ask you to consider that responses and services may take slightly longer than usual at this time.
